Find the friction.
Build the improvement.
Prove the value.

Money Engine identifies where processes are losing time, creating unnecessary admin or allowing commercial opportunities to slip through — then develops practical automation and system improvements around the opportunities worth solving.

We work with owner-led businesses and larger organisations, adapting the approach to the complexity, systems and commercial value involved.

Opportunity → validation → improvement → measurable value

Product assurance & evidence of value

Built around the problem.
Proven by the result.

We diagnose first, consider reusable solutions before new development, test what we build against defined requirements and measure real outcomes. A demonstration is not a certified customer installation.

The proposition

Automation isn't the starting point.
The opportunity is.

Most businesses already have software, processes and people doing useful work. The opportunity often sits between them: an enquiry that waits too long, a quote that is never followed up, repetitive administration, information being entered twice or a customer journey that has grown without ever being redesigned.

Money Engine starts by finding those gaps. Only once the opportunity is understood do we decide whether automation, AI, workflow redesign, integration or a combination of them is the right response.

Don't automate everything. Improve what matters.

Business assessment

Start with the real problem.
Find the right next step.

Our approach looks at where enquiries, quotes, bookings, customer communication or recurring administration may be creating friction. A finding from public research is a starting hypothesis, not proof that a business has a problem.

We review the current process, existing tools, capacity and permissions before recommending a pilot-candidate Money Engine module, an improvement to an existing system or a separately scoped solution.

What happens next: assess the opportunity, validate it with the business, explain suitable options, and agree any proof pilot before implementation. Concepts and experimental capabilities are never presented as live products.

How Money Engine works

From public signals to a measured business improvement.

01

Discover

Research the customer and operational journey to identify repeatable friction, missed opportunity and unnecessary administration.

02

Validate

Research creates a hypothesis, not a claim. The people who understand the process confirm whether the issue is real and worth solving.

03

Build & prove

Design the smallest useful intervention using Money Engine products, tailored automation, integrations or workflow improvements, with clear success measures.

04

Scale & improve

Where value is demonstrated, expand the solution and continue identifying further opportunities as the business evolves.

Two routes. One engine.

Built for different levels of complexity.

SME / growing businesses

Move quickly. Prove value. Improve continuously.

For owner-led and growing businesses where the opportunity is clear and implementation can move quickly.

  • Quote recovery and enquiry response
  • Booking conversion and booking admin
  • Reactivation and reminders
  • Repetitive operational administration

Standard SME subscriptions: one product £59/month, two £99/month, three £139/month (subject to module readiness). Premium / bespoke from £299/month plus build fee from £499. An eligible 30-day £0 Proof Pilot is human-approved.

Enterprise / larger organisations

Validate first. Integrate intelligently. Scale where the evidence supports it.

For larger organisations, Money Engine identifies a specific operational opportunity before considering systems, stakeholders, security, integration or procurement.

  • Process-owner and stakeholder validation
  • Workflow and volume assessment
  • Integration, data and security considerations
  • Scoped proof of value and tailored commercial model

Assisted value

Money Engine contributed to the journey without claiming sole causation.

03

Open potential

Commercial opportunity still in progress — never presented as realised revenue.

Why Money Engine

A different way to approach business automation.

Opportunity first. We don't start with software and search for somewhere to put it.

Evidence before claims. Research identifies opportunities; validation determines whether they're real.

Build for the environment. A local business and a national organisation shouldn't be sold the same implementation model.

The objective isn't to make your organisation “more AI”. It's to make worthwhile processes work better.

Built from operations, technology and delivery experience

Practical business problems first.

Money Engine was created by Gary Bacon, whose background spans IT and telecommunications, running a structured-cabling business with a team of around 20 people, and later project management and consultancy within complex infrastructure environments.

Start with the process

There may already be an opportunity inside a process you use every day.

Whether it's a small recurring task or a larger operational workflow, the first step is understanding the process and whether improving it would create worthwhile value.
